NUR 14221 Mental Health Nursing

This course prepares students to provide safe nursing care to patients with common mental and behavioral health problems across the lifespan. Students will utilize therapeutic communication to build trusting relationships with patients in clinical and simulation learning environments. Prerequisites: NUR 10521 , NUR 15221 , and  NUR 10921 . Corequisites: NUR 12221  and NUR 12921 .
