A cross-cultural and historical survey of the world’s myths, the class will also consider such questions as the meaning of myth, the purposes and functions of myth, theories of how myths originate, and ways that myths have been analyzed and interpreted. Prerequisite: ENG 10305 or placement into ENG 10303. (Humanities Credit - Literature)
