HVC 10300 Hydronics

This course focuses on hydronic piping systems, boiler types, boiler piping, pumps, zone valves, and boiler control functions and wiring. The course will also cover hydronic system piping and trade math. Students will learn how to properly thread and solder pipe, calculate pipe fitting take-offs and pipe travel, and practice general “tape measure” math. Prerequisite: HVC 10000.
