This program is designed to provide specialized instruction that is necessary for entry into the technical support field. Students will acquire skills that will allow them to analyze hardware and software related problems, asess solutions, implement the best solution, and evaluate the results. This program is intended to lay a foundation for a large variety of entry-level positions in the Information Technology field.
