BUS 21500 Business Law

Students will explore basic principles of legal environment of business, ethical standards, U.S. judicial systems, contract and commercial law, business organizations, employment and labor law, governmental regulations, and the global business environment.  The students will explore case studies that ensure critical thinking development and application of ethical principles. Prerequisite or corequisite: BUS 10100  or BUS 10700 .
