PHY 10501 Physical Science(3 cr.) Lecture-Lab: (3-0) (W) This is a lecture and virtual laboratory classroom course in physical science. The course investigates fundamental matter and energy concepts in the physical universe through the use of selected materials from the areas of astronomy, chemistry, and physics. Attention is given to the methods of scientific inquiry and applications in technology. This course may be elected to meet the science requirement by those not majoring in science. Prerequisite: MTH 07300 or requisite placement test scores. Co-requisite: PHY 10502 . (Science Credit)
