PSY 10100 Intro to Psychology(3 cr.) Lecture-Lab: (3-0) (F,W,S) This course is a study of human and animal behavior with reference to perception, learning memory, thinking, emotions, intelligence, aptitude, and personality. The need for scientific investigation of behavior is stressed throughout the course. In addition, the behavioral neuroscience, psychodynamic, social/behavioral, cognitive, and humanistic viewpoints are considered for analysis of psychological phenomena. Prerequisites: ENG 09000 and ENG 09601 or demonstrated competency. (Social Science Credit)
